A Voice for Every Story
Rooted in our belief that every story deserves a home, the DPPH Scholarship Fund exists to support authors whose voices carry depth, healing, and purpose — amplifying stories that might otherwise remain unseen.
We know that publishing is an investment — one that reflects the lifetime of a book and the care poured into it. This fund allows us to extend that opportunity twice a year to two authors whose stories resonate deeply with the mission of Divine Purpose Publishing House.
Scholarship Overview
Each year, we open two opportunities — one in March and one in September — to partner with authors through partial publishing scholarships.
Our next scholarship cycle opens March 2026 for the July 2026 publishing partnership award.
Who Can Apply
The DPPH Scholarship Fund is open to all authors across our imprints — Divine Purpose Publishing House, Shed Light Publishing, Vital Voice, and DPP Kids.
We welcome fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and devotional works that carry a message of meaning, transformation, or hope.
Please note: while children’s picture books are eligible, awarded scholarships for illustrated books may cover a smaller portion of the total investment due to illustration costs.
What the Scholarship Covers
Recipients receive partial publishing support toward their investment. Each award amount varies depending on project scope, but every selected author will receive:
- A full manuscript assessment and discovery call
- Partial financial support toward their full publishing partnership
- Inclusion in our author community and ongoing mentorship
How to Apply
- Submit your manuscript through our standard submission process.
- Select “Scholarship Consideration” during submission.
- If your story aligns with our mission, we’ll invite you to a relational discovery call before final selection.
